on our system they are actually 5's, but all the praise goes to God because my Italian teacher made the biggest stink how she never gives anything higher than 3 for people who do her millions of translation sentences italian to polish instead the other way around, how three is respectable, etc. etc. and then after 1 minutes of speaking she gave me a 5. I mean, really. it was a miracle. that is all i can say.
