Unless you are faithful in small matters, you won't be faithful in large ones. If you cheat even a little, you won't be honest with greater responsibilities. Luke 16:10
God has a method for determining our readiness for responsibility. Jesus says if we prove ourselves faithful in the small things, God will trust us with greater responsibilities.

I heard a great sermon on this two weeks ago. I Cor 4:1,2 "Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ annd stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful." God doesn't expect us to be rich, intelligent, talented, or the best in the world. He just wants us to be faithful- to be ourself and to be our best!
