A 289 page book with 3 main charaters. Isaac, Norma, and Billie. But then there's Renee and her friend.
I can say it was a pretty interesting book. I really liked it a lot! I think i can almost say it was the best yet. I think the Lottery Rose by Irene Hunt was still great. I finished A window Across The River in record time. since friday night till yesterday night. three days? I'm really proud of myself!! :D I'd give you a summary of the book but that requires a lot of thinking and writing. When i do write it i'll try to post it. All i can say is its a mix of romance and career.
For now I think i'll let the book sit in my head for a little while before i start writing. Hopefully i wont forget after i start The Idiot.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day Lets dig up a little history on him.
“He is the first person in the Western world to have shown us that a struggle can be waged without violence,” said Chairman of the Nobel Prize Committee Gunnar Jahn upon bestowing the award on King in 1964. “He is the first to make the message of brotherly love a reality in the course of his struggle, and he has brought this message to all men, to all nations and races.”
On January 15, 1929 he was born in Atlanta Gergia. He was a leader of the American civil rights movement and a Nobel laureate. And he made the the speach "I have a Dream."
